This job is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory experience wishing to work in the field of addiction or recovery.  Reporting to the Project Director, the selected candidate will be part of a small, caring team who strive to provide an opportunity for participants to progress in their recovery through our wide range of arts and performance based activities and through external education.  The participants are at the heart of the RADE service and the CE Supervisor will have daily contact with participants and staff, helping to build a strong community that strives to provide a platform for progression from addiction.   

RADE is a Community Employment (CE) Scheme and the CE Supervisor will ensure the effective and efficient management and co-ordination of the human, financial and material resources of the CE Scheme . A core aspect of the role is to provide a framework for the rehabilitation and recovery of CE participants and to coach and support them towards gaining the skills, competencies and qualifications in preparation for employment.

This job is based in Dublin 8.
