CE Supervisor (Finance & Administration)

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong financial and administrative experience who wishes to contribute to the field of addiction recovery within a supportive, community-based setting. Reporting to the Project Director, the successful candidate will be part of a small, dedicated team committed to supporting participants in their recovery journey through RADE’s programmes. The CE Supervisor (Finance & Administration) will play a key role in ensuring the smooth financial and operational running of the project. Through effective coordination of finance, compliance, and administrative systems, the role supports the creation of a stable, well-managed environment where participants can focus on progression and personal development.

CE Support Worker

This job is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in working in the field of addiction, recovery and community development. The CE Support Worker will have daily contact with the participants, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical support as they progress in their recovery and personal development.

A key part of the role involves assisting in the planning, delivery and evaluation of arts-based, educational, and life-skills workshops, as well as providing one-to-one key working support. The CE Support Worker will also contribute to maintaining accurate records, attending regular team meetings, and supporting RADE’s communications, including social media and public showcases.

This job is based in Dublin 8.
